Campaign Finance
General Information
The District of Columbia Office of Campaign Finance (OCF) regulates the conduct of political campaigns and government officials who are elected and appointed to public office. Established within the DC Board of Elections, OCF administers and enforces the District of Columbia laws pertaining to campaign finance operations, legal defense committees, transition/inaugural committees, and constituent service and statehood fund programs.
