Through counsel, Councilmember Elissa Silverman has requested that the Board hold a hearing de novo, or a new hearing, regarding Office of Campaign Finance (OCF) Order 2022 FI-006, In re Elissa for DC (October 27, 2022) pursuant to 3 D.C.M.R §§ 3709.11 and 3709.12. Accordingly, the Board will take up the matter at a public hearing at a date and time to be determined with sufficient notice.
