DCBOE’s Response to Vote No on Initiative 83 Committee

On Monday, July 1, 2024, a petition for Initiative Measure No. 83, “Ranked Choice Voting and Open the Primary Elections to Independent Voters Act of 2024” was timely submitted to the District of Columbia Board of Elections.

DCBOE Publishes Results of the Manual Audit for June 4, 2024 Primary Election

The public manual audit of election results for the 2024 Primary Election will take place on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 10:00 am.

The candidate ballot access period for the 2024 General Election will open on Friday, June 14, and run through Wednesday, August 7, at 5:00 pm.

Early Voting for the June 4, 2024 Primary Election is open from Sunday, May 26, to Sunday, June 2, 2024. Vote Centers will be open daily from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, but will be closed for Memorial Day on Monday, May 27, 2024.

All eligible registered voters will be mailed a ballot for the June 4, 2024 Primary Election
